What we collect, and what for
This policy describes what this website does. It does not cover what happens afterwards inside our recruitment processes — if you have a question about that, write to us.
In short
- This site sets no cookies. None, first- or third-party, and it loads nothing from another domain.
- We only ask for data if you fill in one of the two forms. Browsing leaves no data of yours with us.
- We do not sell, rent or pass on your data. Your CV is used to assess you for searches and for nothing else.
- You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, free of charge.
Current state of the forms
This version of the site does not yet deliver the forms: it validates what you write and hands it to nobody. In the meantime the real channel is WhatsApp or the phone. This note disappears when delivery is wired up.
Who we are
Kaizen Recursos Humanos is a technology-specialised recruitment consultancy at 11 de Septiembre de 1888, 2721, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are the controller of the data described below.
For anything relating to this policy, write to info@kaizenrh.com.ar or use the contact form.
What we collect, and what for
This site has exactly two forms, and they are the only way any data of yours reaches us. Browsing the site creates no record associated with you on our side.
- Contact form (companies): full name, company, email, phone (optional), the service you need and your message. We use it to reply and to understand the search you need.
- CV form (candidates): full name, email, WhatsApp, role or specialisation, seniority, an optional note and your CV file. We use it to assess your profile against our open searches and to contact you if there is a match.
The CV in particular
A CV usually holds considerably more than a name and a phone number: employment history, education, sometimes a date of birth or a photograph. We treat it as what it is.
We do not share it with any client company without your knowledge. When your profile fits a search we contact you first, and only with your agreement do we present it — to that specific company, not to a list.
We do not add your CV to any commercial database, and we do not use it for anything other than assessing you in recruitment processes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no tracking tool of any kind, and it runs no third-party JavaScript — in fact it runs no JavaScript of its own either.
It also loads no resources from other domains: the fonts, images and icons are served from this site, so your browser does not report your visit to anybody else.
Who it is shared with
With our recruitment team, and with the relevant client company when we present your profile — with your prior agreement, as described above.
With our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which operates the infrastructure this site runs on. Like any web server, its technical logs include the IP address and browser of a visitor. We do not access those logs to identify visitors.
We do not sell, rent or pass personal data to anyone else.
International transfers
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and its delivery network is global, so data you send through this site may be processed outside Argentina. Ley 25.326 governs such transfers, and we choose providers that offer adequate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Company enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for any period during which they may be required of us by legal or accounting obligations.
CVs are kept for as long as your profile is relevant to our searches. If you want it deleted sooner, ask us and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or for its correction, update or deletion, by writing to info@kaizenrh.com.ar. There is no charge and you do not have to explain why.
Under article 14(3) of Argentina’s Ley 25.326, a data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in doing so sooner is demonstrated.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection law.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Forms are processed on the server and no data is stored in your browser.
Changes
If we change this policy we change the date above too. Substantive changes will be flagged visibly.
