Does it cost me anything?
Nothing, and it never will. We do not charge candidates: our fee is paid by the company doing the hiring.
What do you do with my CV?
We assess it against our open searches. If your profile fits one, we write to you first and only present it to that specific company with your agreement. We do not share it with anyone else and we do not add it to any commercial database.
If there is nothing for me now, will you contact me later?
Yes. Your profile stays in our database and we review it whenever a matching search comes in. Most of our searches are never advertised, so leaving your CV is how you hear about the ones you will not see on any job board.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
At any time, by writing to info@kaizenrh.com.ar. It is free and you do not have to explain why. It is all set out in the privacy policy.
